What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you become a client and use our client portal, we store your account details along with any files and brand materials you upload. Like most websites, we also collect standard web analytics and server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, deliver the work you’ve hired us for, send invoices, and maintain your client account. That’s it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.
Who processes your data
To run our business, we rely on a few trusted services that process data on our behalf:
Stripe handles our payments.
Framer hosts this website.
Softr powers our client portal and database.
Our email provider delivers and stores our email.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data.
Payments
When you pay us, your card details are entered directly with Stripe. Stripe processes and stores that information. We never see or store your full card number.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to run the site and to gather basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking of any kind.
How long we keep your data
We keep client project files and records for the life of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can meet tax and business record requirements. Contact form submissions are kept only until we no longer need them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@ashtonivey.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
